Dr. Graham Lyles

Dr. Graham Lyles is a board-certified ophthalmologist providing comprehensive eye care and surgery, with a particular focus on cataract and lens replacement surgery. He joined Greensboro Ophthalmology Associates in 2011 after completing his residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During his residency, Dr. Lyles was recognized with the Stocker Research Award, the ASCRS Foundation Resident Excellence Award, and the Resident of the Year Award, and he served as Chief Resident in his final year. He has also completed and published several clinical research projects.

Dr. Lyles enjoys helping patients achieve their individual vision goals through cataract surgery, customizing each patient's vision with the latest and most advanced lens implant options. His clinical expertise includes anterior segment surgery, small incision cataract surgery, glaucoma management, eyelid surgery, and primary eye care such as comprehensive eye examinations and prescriptions for glasses and contact lenses.
