Dr. Gioconda Mojica is an ophthalmologist specializing in cornea and external eye diseases, including refractive surgery. She provides comprehensive medical and surgical care for conditions affecting the front part of the eye, such as corneal transplants, keratoconus, and infectious keratitis. Her expertise also includes cataract surgery and contact lens services for patients with complex corneal needs.
Dr. Mojica is committed to treating advanced diseases and enjoys working with patients who require a high level of clinical and surgical intervention. She currently serves Harris County residents at Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital, where she is also involved in teaching medical students and residents.
