He earned his undergraduate degree in Biology & Society from Cornell University and completed both his MD and MBA at New York University. Dr. Kumar finished an internal medicine internship at Greenwich Hospital and an ophthalmology residency at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center. He enjoys caring for patients from all walks of life and focuses on clear explanations and shared decision-making.

Dr. Catherine He is a comprehensive ophthalmologist with special interests in cataract surgery, dry eye, and routine and medical eye care. She focuses on listening first, then crafting a straightforward plan that fits each patient’s daily life and visual goals. Her visits emphasize education and prevention alongside effective treatment. Dr. He studied Biology at Cornell University, earned her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and completed an internal medicine internship at Mount Sinai West–Morningside followed by ophthalmology residency at Yale University. She cares for adults needing cataract evaluation, help with dry eye and ocular surface symptoms, treatment for eye infections or flashes and floaters, and thorough comprehensive exams to maintain healthy vision.
