Dr. Francinia McCartney is a board-certified comprehensive ophthalmologist serving patients in Presque Isle, Maine. She completed her medical education with highest honors at Meharry Medical College and then pursued dual residency training in both internal medicine and ophthalmology. Her internal medicine residency was at the University of Tennessee, and she completed her ophthalmology residency at Drexel University College of Medicine.
