Dr. Esther Dunn

Dr. Esther Dunn is an experienced ophthalmologist with over three decades of practice, specializing in comprehensive medical ophthalmology. She provides care for a wide range of eye conditions including glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic eye disease, and dry eye. Dr. Dunn values the opportunity to discuss eye health with her patients and how it relates to their overall well-being.

She completed her ophthalmology residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston and earned her undergraduate degree at Rice University. Before joining Coastal Eye Associates, she worked at St. John Hospital and served on the faculty at UTMB Galveston and Heights Hospital. Dr. Dunn has been with Coastal Eye Associates since 2007 and currently practices at the Alvin office.

Outside of work, Dr. Dunn enjoys traveling to various destinations around the world, which reflects her curiosity and appreciation for diverse cultures. She balances her professional life with family time, having raised five children.
