Dr. Eric Liss

Dr. Eric A. Liss is a board-certified ophthalmologist who provides comprehensive eye care. He earned his medical degree, summa cum laude, from the Florida International University College of Medicine and completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Virginia, where he served as chief resident.

Dr. Liss has a particular interest in advanced cataract surgery, macular degeneration, and inflammatory eye conditions. He has conducted research in retinal disease, refractive surgery, glaucoma, and disorders of the ocular immune system. He is dedicated to providing superior ophthalmic care and considers it a privilege to treat his patients.

Dr. Liss finds great fulfillment in improving his patients' lives. One of his most memorable professional experiences was surgically restoring sight for a patient with advanced cataracts, which had made the patient completely reliant on family members.
