Dr. Elizabeth Holland

Dr. Elizabeth Holland is a board-certified ophthalmologist and native of Greenville, South Carolina. She returned to her hometown in 2010 to continue her father's legacy of patient-centered eye care at Holland Eye Center, where she serves as director and president. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Holland is an accomplished cataract and laser surgeon, and also performs Botox injections for cosmetic and medical purposes.

Dr. Holland provides comprehensive eye care, including cataract surgery, premium and multifocal lens implants, and cosmetic eyelid procedures. She is committed to meticulous surgical technique and thorough preoperative assessments to achieve the best outcomes for her patients. Dr. Holland is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a member of several professional organizations.
