About Me
Dr. Edward Fitzpatrick is a retina specialist who provides comprehensive care for conditions affecting the retina and vitreous. He diagnoses and treats macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal occlusions and detachments, and other retinal disorders. When surgery is needed, Dr. Fitzpatrick uses the most advanced treatment options and performs procedures at New Britain General Hospital and The Hospital of Central Connecticut.
Dr. Fitzpatrick completed a Vitreoretinal Disease and Surgery Fellowship at the Cullen Eye Institute of Baylor University in Houston, Texas, and is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. He is currently part of Starling Physicians, where he continues to offer expert care for patients with retinal conditions.
