About Me
Dr. Duaa Sharfi is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery. She completed ophthalmology residency at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai and advanced oculoplastics training (including ASOPRS) at Emory University. An alumna of the University of Illinois at Chicago, she enjoys caring for patients from many backgrounds and speaks English and Arabic.
Her practice covers the full spectrum of eyelid, orbital, and lacrimal conditions as well as aesthetic concerns. Patients value her steady surgical skill, collaborative style, and emphasis on shared decision-making—whether restoring eyelid function, addressing tearing or orbital disease, or planning subtle, natural-looking rejuvenation. Dr. Sharfi partners closely with each person to align treatment with their goals and daily life.
