About Me
Dr. Donald A. Morris is a board-certified and fellowship-trained ophthalmologist who provides comprehensive general ophthalmology with a special emphasis on glaucoma. He offers advanced cataract and lens implant surgery, retinal evaluation and care, and medical and surgical management of glaucoma. He is skilled in laser technology for both glaucoma and cataracts. A native of the Pittsburgh area, Dr. Morris's practice philosophy is to treat every patient with the same care and respect he would give his own family.
Dr. Morris completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan and earned his medical degree with honors from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. He went on to complete an internship, an ophthalmology residency, and a glaucoma fellowship at the Kresge Eye Institute. He is actively involved in professional organizations, has served as a mentor for medical students, and has been a speaker at national ophthalmology meetings. He is also a member of the osteopathic medical honor society Sigma Sigma Phi.
