About Me
Dr. Dominick Benedetto is a board-certified ophthalmologist practicing at the Center for Advanced Eye Care in Vero Beach, Florida. After 38 years of private practice in New Jersey, he relocated to Vero Beach in 2018. He provides general ophthalmology care, treating a range of eye conditions.
Dr. Benedetto earned his medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine and completed a residency at Wills Eye Hospital, where he later served as an associate attending surgeon on the Cataract and Primary Eye Care Service. His research has included training grants from the National Institutes of Health and fellowships in surface chemistry and biomaterials used in ophthalmology.
