Dr. Gregory Bligard is an ophthalmology resident physician at Washington University in St. Louis, where he serves as Chief of Ophthalmic Trauma. Dr. Dustin McKnight is a board-certified ophthalmologist who provides comprehensive eye care, with special interests in advanced cataract surgery, laser vision correction, and medical retina care. He focuses on matching each patient’s goals with the right diagnostic testing and treatment plan, and he takes time to explain options in clear, practical terms. Originally from Liberty, Missouri, Dr. McKnight earned his B.S. in Biology and his medical degree at the University of Missouri in Columbia, then completed his ophthalmology residency there. In addition to helping patients improve vision after cataracts or reduce dependence on glasses, he evaluates and treats a wide range of eye conditions affecting the cornea, lens, retina, and optic nerve, with an emphasis on long-term eye health and comfort.

Dr. Andrew Osborn is an anterior segment ophthalmic surgeon who focuses on helping patients see their best with modern cataract and refractive solutions. He offers laser-assisted cataract surgery and a full range of lens options--including toric and multifocal implants--to reduce dependence on glasses. He also treats glaucoma with minimally invasive techniques, performs eyelid procedures, and manages common retinal conditions in coordination with subspecialists when needed. Patients appreciate his calm, down-to-earth manner and step-by-step guidance from consultation through recovery. Raised in southwest Missouri, Dr. Osborn graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine. He completed a combined medical and surgical internship at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis and an ophthalmology residency at the Dean McGee Eye Institute at the University of Oklahoma, where he was selected chief resident. He is board-certified and active in national ophthalmology societies.
