H. Barron Heymann, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained oculofacial plastic surgeon. As founder of Natural State Aesthetics in Fayetteville, he created a practice dedicated exclusively to Oculofacial Plastic Surgery—combining meticulous eyelid and facial surgery with a warm, patient-first experience. Dr. Heymann cares for both functional and cosmetic concerns, including droopy lids that limit vision, eyelid malpositions, tear-duct problems, eyelid and periocular skin cancers, and age-related changes around the eyes.
