Dr. David Forster

Dr. Forster is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has been providing care in Northern Virginia since 1991, focusing on cataract surgery and the subspecialty of uveitis (inflammatory disease of the eye). He is a member of Northern Virginia Ophthalmology Associates, where he treats patients with a range of eye conditions, including inflammatory eye diseases.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Forster has served as President of the Northern Virginia Academy of Ophthalmology and holds the title of Clinical Associate Professor of Ophthalmology at Georgetown University Medical School.
