Dr. David Yi

Dr. David Yi is a board-certified ophthalmologist at Massachusetts Eye Associates, providing care to patients in Chelmsford and the surrounding areas. He completed his medical training at Baylor College of Medicine, followed by an internal medicine internship at the University of Pennsylvania Presbyterian Hospital, an ophthalmology residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, and a fellowship in anterior segment surgery at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary.

Dr. Yi’s clinical focus includes LASIK, cataract surgery, glaucoma management, and cornea surgery. He notes that his interest in ophthalmology began with a love of microsurgery, and he finds great reward in using his technical skills to improve his patients’ vision. Helping people see better is his daily goal.

In addition to English, Dr. Yi speaks Korean, allowing him to connect with a broader range of patients in the community.
