Dr. David Vazan

Dr. David Vazan is a board-certified comprehensive ophthalmologist with a focus on cataract and refractive laser surgery. He was the first surgeon in New Hampshire to implant the Alcon Vivity Extended Depth of Focus intraocular lens for cataract patients. With experience performing thousands of cataract and LASIK operations, he also manages a wide range of medical and surgical eye conditions, including dry eye, glaucoma, and macular degeneration.

Originally from western New York, Dr. Vazan completed his undergraduate studies in neuroscience and biomedical engineering at the University of Rochester and earned his medical degree from New York Medical College. He then completed his ophthalmology residency in New York City at the North Shore-Long Island Jewish Medical System. He has been in private practice since 2008 and joined Spindel Eye Associates in 2011, where he sees patients in Windham, Derry, and Raymond.

Dr. Vazan is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons, the New England Ophthalmologic Society, and the New Hampshire Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons.
