Dr. Driscoll earned his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine and completed his ophthalmology residency at the prestigious Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. He then stayed an extra year for intensive, specialized fellowship training in cornea, cataract, and laser eye surgery at the same top-ranked institute. This advanced training allows him to deliver high-quality, comprehensive eye care to patients across the Big Island.
