Dr. Colin Ma

Dr. Colin Ma is a retina specialist serving the Portland metro area. He earned his medical degree from the University of Oxford in 1982 and completed his residency at the University of Iowa. He then pursued a fellowship in retina and vitreous at USC/Doheny Eye Institute. Dr.
