About Me
Clifford B. Kim, MD, is an Ophthalmology Hospitalist at Mass Eye and Ear and an Instructor in Ophthalmology at Harvard Medical School. He provides emergency eye care and inpatient consultation for patients admitted to Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital, and teaches fellows and residents in the Mass Eye and Ear Emergency Department. Patients and trainees alike benefit from his experience with urgent ophthalmic conditions and his interest in telemedicine.
Dr. Kim earned his medical degree at Harvard Medical School and completed ophthalmology residency through Harvard Ophthalmology after an internship at Cambridge Health Alliance. During training he conducted translational research on neovascular retinopathies and ocular hypertension and has authored peer-reviewed publications.
