Dr. Charlie Wu

Dr. Charlie Wu is a comprehensive ophthalmologist at Associated Eye Care, where he has been providing care since 2007. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and completed his medical degree and residency at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Wu also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His clinical expertise includes cataract surgery, refractive surgery, and eyelid surgery, helping patients achieve clearer vision and improved eye health.

Dr. Wu is deeply committed to medical education, serving as an Associate Professor at the University of Minnesota since 2007. He previously held the role of Associate Chief of Ophthalmology at the Minneapolis Veterans Hospital, where he taught residents from the University of Minnesota and Mayo Clinic. Recognized for his teaching excellence, he was named Surgical Teacher of the Year in 2012 and 2014. Dr. Wu believes in providing the highest quality care to his patients, with a focus on patient education and shared decision-making.
