Dr. Brian Wood

Dr. Brian L. Wood is a board-certified ophthalmologist who provides comprehensive medical and surgical eye care. He was born and raised in Fairmont, West Virginia, and completed his undergraduate and medical education at West Virginia University. Dr. Wood went on to complete an internal medicine internship at Ruby Memorial Hospital and an ophthalmology residency at the West Virginia University Eye Institute, where he served as chief resident.

Dr. Wood has been practicing with Regional Eye Associates since finishing his training in 2005. While his primary clinical interest is cataract surgery, he treats a wide range of eye conditions, including glaucoma and other medical and surgical diseases of the eye. He sees patients at the practice's Morgantown and Bridgeport, West Virginia offices.
