Dr. Brian Tienor

Dr. Taylor Nayman is an ophthalmologist and glaucoma specialist who provides both medical and surgical care for patients across the spectrum of disease. She completed her medical degree at McGill University, an ophthalmology residency at the University of Montreal, and a glaucoma fellowship at Mayo Clinic. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Nayman serves as an assistant clinical professor at the University of Montreal and performs glaucoma surgery at Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital. Her approach emphasizes careful examination, individualized treatment planning, and education that helps patients participate in decisions—from topical therapies and laser to minimally invasive and traditional glaucoma surgeries. Dr. Nayman enjoys collaborating with referring eye-care providers to coordinate ongoing care and optimize long-term vision outcomes. 

Dr. Anne Poulsen is a fellowship-trained glaucoma specialist who provides comprehensive eye care with a warm, relationship-focused approach. She cares for people with glaucoma and its many forms and offers guidance for related concerns such as cataracts and macular degeneration. Patients appreciate her calm manner, clear explanations, and the time she takes to help them understand test results and treatment choices so they can make decisions with confidence. Dr. Poulsen completed a glaucoma fellowship at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill after ophthalmology residency at Penn State Health Eye Center. She earned her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College and studied biology at St. Olaf College. In addition to medical therapies, she offers office-based and surgical options tailored to each person’s needs, including laser procedures and modern minimally invasive techniques. Dr. Derek Horkey is a glaucoma specialist who helps patients protect their sight through careful diagnosis, long-term monitoring, and personalized treatment. Because glaucoma is often a lifelong condition, he focuses on building lasting relationships and explaining options in a clear, practical way. He also performs cataract surgery and treats a range of common eye concerns, including age-related macular degeneration, to help patients see their best. He completed a fellowship in glaucoma at the Ohio State University Havener Eye Institute, following ophthalmology residency and internal medicine internship training at the University of Kansas. Dr. Horkey earned his medical degree at Loyola University Chicago, along with a master’s in medical sciences, and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys traveling with his family and cheering on Minnesota sports.
