About Me
Dr. Atif Collins is a fellowship-trained oculoplastic surgeon who provides comprehensive care for eyelid, lacrimal, and orbital conditions, along with advanced facial rejuvenation. A fourth-generation Northern Californian, he brings academic expertise and a warm, attentive manner to every visit. His practice spans functional eyelid repair, tear-duct surgery, thyroid eye disease, orbital trauma, and complex revision cases, as well as carefully tailored cosmetic eyelid and facial procedures.
Dr. Collins studied at UC Berkeley and earned his MD from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, where he also completed ophthalmology residency. He was a Howard Hughes Medical Institute Research Scholar at the National Eye Institute and completed fellowship training in oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery at The Ohio State University. Previously an assistant professor at Case Western, he remains active in professional societies and leadership programs. Patients value his emphasis on safety, natural-looking results, and clear communication throughout the surgical journey.
