About Me
Dr. Ashlin Joye is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery. His clinical expertise includes routine and complex cataract surgery, all forms of keratoplasty, keratoprosthesis surgery, anterior segment reconstruction, refractive surgery, and the management of complex ocular surface disease and infectious or inflammatory keratitis. Dr. Joye provides care for a range of corneal and anterior segment conditions, including corneal trauma and reconstruction.
Dr. Joye completed his medical degree at Touro University of California, followed by an ophthalmology research internship at the F.I. Proctor Foundation and a medicine internship at Legacy Health System. He then completed his ophthalmology residency at the Casey Eye Institute of Oregon Health & Science University, and pursued subspecialty training in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery at the University of California, San Francisco and F.I. Proctor Foundation. He sees patients at Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center and Legacy Meridian Park Medical Center.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Joye enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, scuba diving, cooking, exploring new food, and traveling.
