Dr. Angela Oster

Dr. Angela Oster is a board-certified comprehensive ophthalmologist who specializes in cataract surgery, including laser cataract surgery with a no-injection, suture-free approach. She also performs refractive PRK, iStent placement for glaucoma, and pterygium surgery. Her practice includes comprehensive eye care to address a wide range of vision needs.

Growing up in Minnesota, Dr. Oster earned her undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Miami School of Medicine. She completed her ophthalmology residency at Bascom-Palmer Eye Institute. Dr. Oster has served in the Navy as a senior medical officer and later worked at Scripps Clinic, also serving as ophthalmologist for the San Diego Padres. She returned to Minnesota in 2004 to join West Metro Ophthalmology, where she continues to provide comprehensive eye care in a patient-focused setting.
