Dr. Andrew Riemer

Dr. Andrew Riemer is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has been serving the Ludington, Michigan community since 1994, when he founded Riemer Eye Center. The practice now serves patients at four locations across Michigan, including Cadillac, Ludington, Manistee, and Reed City.

Dr. Riemer specializes in cataract surgery and vision correction procedures such as PRK. He also provides comprehensive eye exams and treats a range of eye conditions, including macular degeneration, glaucoma, and dry eyes.

Dr. Riemer earned his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he graduated at the top of his class. He completed a medical internship at Ingham Medical Center and residency training at Michigan State University. He is a fellow of the American Osteopathic College of Ophthalmology and Otorhinolaryngology and maintains memberships in several professional societies.
