About Me
Dr. Alexander Lin is a board-certified ophthalmologist who was born and raised in Honolulu. He completed his medical school at the University of Hawaii and then returned to the mainland for his internship and residency at the University of Washington. He further specialized with a fellowship in cornea transplantation, external eye disease, refractive surgery, and anterior segment surgery at Washington University.
Dr. Lin is passionate about providing personalized care and values the collaborative approach at Kaiser Permanente. He believes in treating patients as he would his own family and takes the time to understand each patient's unique needs. His practice is grounded in the latest medical research, which he stays current with by attending conferences and reading academic journals.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Lin enjoys surfing, swimming, hiking, and making surfboards. He finds balance by spending time with his family at the beach.
