About Me
Adam D. Baim, MD, PhD is a neuro-ophthalmologist with Northwestern Medicine whose practice bridges neurology and ophthalmology to diagnose and treat complex visual symptoms. He has particular interest in adult strabismus surgery, double vision, optic nerve disorders, and the ocular manifestations of systemic neurologic disease. Dr. Baim strives to provide prompt, collaborative care and clear communication so patients understand their diagnosis and treatment options.
Dr. Baim earned his MD and PhD at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. He completed internship and ophthalmology residency at Washington University in St. Louis and advanced training in neuro-ophthalmology and adult strabismus at the University of Minnesota. As an assistant professor at the Feinberg School of Medicine, he cares for patients at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and works closely with colleagues across ophthalmology and neurology to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
