About Me

Dr. Abdulrahman Rageh is an ophthalmologist who provides comprehensive medical and surgical eye care with a special interest in retinal disease, cataract, glaucoma, and dry eye. He believes that clear communication helps patients feel confident at every step—from diagnosis through treatment—and he takes time to explain options in plain language so decisions are truly shared.

Dr. Rageh earned his medical degree from Ain Shama University in Cairo in 2006 and completed an ophthalmology residency at the National Eye Center in Cairo in 2015. He then pursued advanced subspecialty training in the United States, completing a Medical Retina Fellowship at the Joslin Diabetes Center, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School, followed by an Ocular Oncology Fellowship at Duke Eye Center. He has successfully completed all USMLE steps and holds ECFMG certification. Patients see him for conditions ranging from cataracts and glaucoma to age-related macular degeneration and complex retinal disorders, and he welcomes new patients seeking thoughtful, up-to-date care.
