About Me

Dr. Aaron Wold is a board-certified ophthalmologist who provides comprehensive medical and surgical eye care with a focus on helping patients see clearly and comfortably. Originally from a small town in Maryland, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Physiology and Neurobiology and went on to complete medical school, where he was recognized for outstanding academic achievement and inducted into AOA. During residency in San Antonio, he served as Chief Resident and received an award for excellence in ophthalmology training. Dr. Wold offers cataract surgery with advanced lens options and modern laser vision correction, and he treats common conditions such as glaucoma and dry eye. He is known for clear communication, practical guidance, and partnering with patients to choose treatments that fit their goals and lifestyle. Outside the clinic, he enjoys exercising and spending time outdoors with his wife, three boys, and youngest daughter.
