Dr. Vincent Venincasa

Dr. Vincent D. Venincasa is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in cataract surgery, LASIK, and refractive lens exchange. He provides comprehensive eye care with a focus on advanced surgical techniques to help patients achieve optimal vision. Dr. Venincasa is committed to a patient-first approach, ensuring each individual receives personalized care tailored to their lifestyle and needs.

Dr. Venincasa completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of Miami and earned his medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. He furthered his education with an MBA from Oklahoma State University's Spears School of Business. His ophthalmology residency was completed at the Dean McGee Eye Institute, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Venincasa has been recognized with several awards, including the 405 Magazine Top Doctor, Journal Record Achievers Under 40, and NextGen Oklahoma 30 Under 30.

Currently, Dr. Venincasa practices at Sweeney Eye Associates in North Texas, serving patients in Richardson and Sunnyvale. He is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Holy Family Guild of the Catholic Medical Association. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, art, travel, and college football.
