About Me
Dr. Tracy Baltz is a board-certified ophthalmologist who practices comprehensive eye care at Little Rock Eye Clinic. A native of Pocahontas in Northeast Arkansas, he attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville where he earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in agriculture. Dr. Baltz then earned his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, where he also completed a transitional internship and an ophthalmology residency.
Dr. Baltz provides a full range of eye care services, including routine eye exams for glasses and contact lenses. He offers complete medical and surgical management for conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, eyelid disorders, and strabismus. His practice focuses on helping patients maintain and improve their vision through personalized, high-quality care.
Dr. Baltz and his wife, Kathy, live in Little Rock with their two children. They are members of Our Lady of the Holy Souls Church and enjoy outdoor activities together, including camping, hiking, fishing, and sports.
