Dr. Philip James Deer, III is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has been practicing in Little Rock for over 30 years. He specializes in comprehensive ophthalmology and cataract surgery, providing a full spectrum of eye care services.
Dr. Deer completed his medical education at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and his ophthalmology residency at the University of Mississippi.
