About Me
Dr. Thomas Cowden is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist at Grand Rapids Ophthalmology, providing care for patients in the Grand Rapids area. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of corneal conditions, external eye diseases, and cataracts, and he performs LASIK and other refractive surgery procedures.
Dr. Cowden completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan and earned his medical degree from Wayne State University. He pursued ophthalmology residency training at the University of Wisconsin and then completed a fellowship in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery at the University of Minnesota.
