Dr. Thomas Jenkins

Dr. Thomas L. Jenkins is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist at Retina Institute of Virginia, serving patients in the Richmond area. His areas of expertise include surgical diseases of the macula and retina, scleral fixation of intraocular lenses, retinal vascular diseases, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration.

Dr. Jenkins completed his residency in Ophthalmology at Wills Eye Hospital and remained there for a two-year fellowship in Vitreoretinal Surgery. He is a Richmond native who is dedicated to providing personalized retinal care to his community.
