Dr. Thomas Joly

Dr. Thomas J. Joly is a board-certified ophthalmic plastic surgeon with over twenty years of experience. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the eyelids and orbit, including lid lesions, orbital disease, and eyelid malpositions. He also provides cosmetic treatments such as BOTOX injections and eyelid surgery.

Dr. Joly serves as Head of Oculoplastics at Eastern Virginia Medical School, where he holds an Assistant Professorship. He collaborates with Mohs dermatologic cancer surgeons, neurosurgeons, and head and neck cancer surgeons at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital and Children’s Hospital of the Kings’ Daughters for complex ophthalmic plastic surgical cases.
