Meet Dr. William Harvey Bearden

Dr. William Bearden III is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive eyelid and facial surgery, as well as cosmetic laser skin treatments. He is a member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Bearden's expertise includes oculoplastic procedures to address both functional and aesthetic concerns of the eyelids, face, and tear ducts.

Dr. Bearden completed his ophthalmology residency at the Callahan Eye Foundation Hospital at the University of Alabama and an ASOPRS-accredited oculofacial fellowship in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is an Alpha Omega Alpha graduate of the University of Alabama School of Medicine and serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at VCU School of Medicine. Dr. Bearden is part of the team at The Aesthetics Center, providing comprehensive oculoplastic care.
