About Me
Dr. Tanya Glaser is a board-certified, fellowship-trained pediatric ophthalmologist who cares for infants, children, and teens with both routine and complex eye needs. As a parent herself, she aims to make visits informative, reassuring, and even fun—so families leave with a clear plan for protecting vision and supporting healthy development.
Her clinical interests include pediatric eye exams, amblyopia, childhood nystagmus, and eye alignment disorders such as strabismus. She offers medical care for pediatric eye disease and performs eye alignment surgery; for select patients, she also uses botulinum toxin as a treatment option.
Dr. Glaser earned her medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco and completed internship, ophthalmology residency (including chief resident roles), and a pediatric ophthalmology fellowship at Duke University. She previously served as an assistant professor in Duke’s Division of Pediatric Ophthalmology.
