About Me

Dr. Stuart Fine is an ophthalmologist with specialized training in retinal diseases and corneal and external diseases. He serves as an Adjoint Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Throughout his career, Dr. Fine has been dedicated to advancing the field of ophthalmology through both clinical care and research.

Dr. Fine completed his medical degree at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and went on to complete his ophthalmology residency at the University of Florida, where he served as chief resident. He further specialized through fellowship training in retinal diseases at the Wilmer Ophthalmological Institute and in corneal and external diseases at the University of Florida.

His extensive clinical expertise has been recognized with numerous prestigious awards from organizations including the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Foundation Fighting Blindness, and the Macula Society.
