Meet Dr. Stanley W Pletcher

Dr. Stanley W. Pletcher is a comprehensive ophthalmologist with a special focus on oculoplastics at Great Lakes Eye Care. He has extensive experience in cataract surgery and eyelid procedures, including blepharoplasty and ptosis repair for drooping eyelids. He also treats lacrimal system issues that cause tearing.

Dr. Pletcher is board certified in ophthalmology. In addition to his clinical practice, he has been involved in global eye care missions, including training other surgeons in manual small incision cataract surgery. He has served patients in various settings, from rural Kentucky to an emergency ophthalmology program in Alaska.
