Meet Dr. Shamik Bafna

Dr. Shamik Bafna is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in cataract surgery and laser vision correction, including LASIK and SMILE procedures. He has extensive experience performing thousands of cataract and refractive surgeries annually, with a focus on reducing patients' dependence on glasses through advanced techniques and premium intraocular lenses such as the PanOptix, Vivity, and Light Adjustable Lens. Dr. Bafna also treats a wide range of eye conditions, including corneal diseases, dry eye, glaucoma, and retinal disorders.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Bafna serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Case Western Reserve University and lectures nationally and internationally on ophthalmology topics.
