Dr. Seth Biser

Dr. Seth A. Biser is a board-certified ophthalmologist and eye surgeon providing comprehensive ophthalmic care at his solo practice in Fleetwood, New York. He specializes in routine and advanced cataract surgery, laser treatments for glaucoma and refractive errors, and the management of a wide range of eye conditions. Dr. Biser offers both standard and advanced-technology lens implants to correct astigmatism and restore vision at multiple distances.

Trained at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and the Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Dr. Biser completed a Cornea Fellowship and has served as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology.
