About Me
Dr. Sepideh Tara Rousta is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus. She provides comprehensive eye care for children, treating conditions such as strabismus, eye movement disorders, and pediatric orbital issues. She is also experienced in vision screening and uses advanced techniques like adjustable sutures for strabismus surgery.
Dr. Rousta completed her fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and her ophthalmology residency at the University of Pennsylvania/Scheie Eye Institute, where she served as chief resident. She holds a medical degree from SUNY/Stony Brook and a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University. Currently, she is an assistant professor of ophthalmology at Robert Wood Johnson University Medical School and an attending physician at Wills Eye Hospital.
Recognized as a New Jersey Monthly Top Doctor in 2021 and a Favorite Kids' Doc by New Jersey Family Magazine, Dr. Rousta is dedicated to providing high-quality eye care for children.
