About Me

Dr. Scot Sullivan is an oculofacial plastic surgeon at Portland Oculoplastics. He has been in full-time practice since 2001. He received his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and completed an ophthalmology residency, followed by a fellowship in ophthalmic facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the Casey Eye Institute at OHSU. He previously served as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the University of Oklahoma ophthalmology program.

Dr. Sullivan provides surgical and non-surgical treatments for conditions affecting the eyelids, orbit, and face, including ptosis repair, orbital tumor surgery, midface lifts, and laser resurfacing. He is experienced in the use of botulinum toxin for ophthalmic conditions and has authored educational courses on the topic.

Dr. Sullivan is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
