Dr. Davin Ashraf

Dr. Davin C. Ashraf is an oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgeon at OHSU’s Casey Eye Institute. He treats disorders of the eyelids, orbit, and tear drainage system, offering both functional and cosmetic solutions tailored to each patient’s needs. Dr. Ashraf earned his medical degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, completed an internal medicine internship at Kaiser Permanente San Francisco, and finished ophthalmology residency at the University of California, San Francisco. He then completed a two-year ASOPRS fellowship in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery at UCSF. Patients value his careful exam, clear explanations, and collaborative approach to planning procedures that restore comfort, function, and appearance. He is also interested in improving the technological interface between patients and providers to make eye care easier to access and navigate.
