Dr. Sarah Dech

Dr. Sarah Dech was born and raised near Detroit, Michigan. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan, graduating with distinction. She then attended medical school at the Ohio State University, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and graduated magna cum laude.

She completed her ophthalmology residency at Tufts Medical Center/New England Eye Center in Boston. Dr. Dech is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons, and she has presented her research at national meetings.

Dr. Dech practices comprehensive ophthalmology, specializing in the management of conditions such as cataracts, ocular surface disease, glaucoma, diabetes, macular degeneration, and eyelid disorders. Outside of medicine, she enjoys hiking, college football, dining out, and traveling with her husband, and they are expecting their first child.
