Dr. Sara Creekmore

Dr. Sara Creekmore is a board-certified ophthalmologist and surgeon who brings a personal understanding of healing to her practice. After a serious soccer injury that required her to relearn how to walk, she was inspired to pursue a career in medicine.

Dr. Creekmore spent six years treating thousands of patients in Western Virginia and North Carolina before establishing a modern ophthalmology and aesthetics practice in Tampa Bay. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive eye care and aesthetic services, drawing on her extensive training and experience to help patients achieve their vision and appearance goals.
