Dr. Rutvi Nord

Dr. Rutvi Nord is a comprehensive ophthalmologist who enjoys caring for the full spectrum of medical and surgical eye needs. She earned her medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and completed ophthalmology residency at the Hamilton Eye Institute in Memphis. Dr. Nord is a member of the Gold Humanism Honor Society and brings that spirit of compassionate service to every visit.

Her clinical interests include cataract surgery and advanced lens options, management of diabetic eye disease and macular degeneration, and the diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma. Patients value her clear explanations, steady surgical technique, and practical guidance for protecting vision at home. Outside the clinic she loves hiking, camping, and crocheting, and she’s grateful to care for patients across West Tennessee.
