Dr. Richard Stewart

Dr. Richard Stewart is an experienced ophthalmologist at InSight Vision Group, serving patients at the Boulder and Longmont locations. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma, cataracts, and refractive vision issues. He performs a wide range of surgical procedures including LASIK, complex cataract surgery, and advanced glaucoma surgeries, focusing on achieving optimal visual outcomes for each patient.

Dr. Stewart is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and brings expertise from his fellowship training in glaucoma and anterior segment surgery. He is on the admitting staff at several hospitals in the Denver, Boulder, and Longmont areas, where he also provides eye trauma care. He has been in private practice in Boulder County since 2006.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Stewart volunteers in international medical missions and resides in Boulder with his family.
