Dr. Ribhi Ghosheh

Dr. R.K. Ghosheh is a board-certified ophthalmologist and refractive surgery specialist with extensive experience in laser vision correction, cataract surgery, and corneal transplantation. He established the Ophthalmology Laser Center in 1985 and has performed more than 40,000 laser vision correction procedures, placing him at the top of his field. Dr. Ghosheh completed his ophthalmology residency at Erie County Medical Center, an affiliated hospital of the University of New York, and then pursued a corneal fellowship at the Francis Proctor Foundation for Eye Research at the University of California, San Francisco.

He currently serves as Chief of the Department of Ophthalmology at Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center and is a clinical faculty member at the University of California, Irvine. Dr. Ghosheh lectures internationally on LASIK and PRK, bringing the latest advances in laser vision correction to his physician colleagues. He has served on the Board of Medical Examiners for the State of California and is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
